We are sad to announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, nonno, son, brother, uncle, and friend, Eugenio Palmieri on Monday, June 18, 2012 at the age of 74 years. He was born in Pizzoferrato, Chieti, Italy on January 2, 1938. He was predeceased by his mother Laura, father Domenic, and brother Tony. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Paolina of 49 years, sons Nello, Sergio (Amarjit), and Sandro (Anita) and grandchildren Marco, Adriana, Stefano, and Mario. Eugenio was a dedicated father and husband who worked hard to provide for his family. Visitation will be held 3-5:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 26th at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings St. Burnaby, BC. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 27th at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 2025 Napier St. Vancouver, BC with entombment to follow at Ocean View Burial Park, South Mausoleum, Burnaby, BC. In lieu of flowers donations to the BC Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. The family also wish to thank the staff at VGH for all their help.
