Eugenio Bevacqua

Born February 4, 1927 in Altilia, Cosenza, Italy  passed away January 2, 2012 at Burnaby Hospital. Eugenio is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Rosina; brothers and sister Antonio (Iolanda), Umberto, Maria (Agostino), Frank (Heather) and Pierino (Monika); sister-in-law Giuseppina; many nieces, nephews in Vancouver, Ontario and Italy. He was predeceased by his brothers Vittorio and Amedeo. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Bell and Burnaby Funeral Chapel 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 6, 2012 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 525 Slocan Street, Vancouver. Entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
