It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Guido Rasera, beloved father, grandfather and brother, on December 29, 2011 at the age of 85 years.   Guido is predeceased by his loving wife Lina (1998); sister Liliana (1959). He will be greatly missed by his son Franco (Debbie); daughter Anita (Antonello); grandsons Joshua and Benjamin; and brothers Arrigo (Mary) and Ennio (Elena).

Guido was blessed with a love of life and many wonderful friends. Thank you to everyone who supported him in the last year.  Special thank you also to the staff at Burnaby General for your care and support.   Prayers will be offered Tuesday, January 3rd at 7:00pm from Sacred Heart Catholic Church 525 Campbell Street, Vancouver where the Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 4th at 11:00am. Entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Lung Association.
