Donato, born July 20, 1920 in Controne, Salerno, Italy passed away in Vancouver on March 17, 2010. Donato is survived by his loving family, wife Marina; sons Albert, Adam (Luciana) and Mario; daughter Vivian; grandchildren; great granddaughters and brother and sister. Prayers will be offered at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at Holy Cross Catholic Church where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Entombment The Abbey, Ocean View Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.bellburnaby.com.

    I am so sad by the loss of your husband/father/grandfather and my brother.

    I am far away and can not be there with you but i feel your pain and i am crying with all of you.

    I wish i could be there to say the last good bye to my brother please tell him I loved him

    I really miss you and I will never forget you! I go to visit you every week with nonna and mom. We always bring you fresh carnations which we know you loved so much! I know you are peacefully resting in your new home and we love you so much!!
