YOUNG, Marilyn Wende passed peacefully on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 in Burnaby, at the age of 67 years. Predeceased by husband Leonard and sister Sharon. Lovingly remembered by son Colin; brothers Stan (Dorothy) and Mel (Doreen); sister Deb (Rick); brother in law Don (Sharon); numerous nieces and nephews. Celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 23, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel 4276 Hastings St., Burnaby, BC. In lieu of flowers donations to the St. Michael’s Hospice or the BC Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

    Colin, thinking of you so much right now. Your mom was an amazing lady. I will always fondly remember laughing with her and Ellen at Starbucks and Karaoke. She will be remembered always. Sending you love.
