Ernesto Valente

VALENTE Ernesto, born December 19, 1922 in Cervaro Frosinone, Italy passed away at Burnaby Hospital January 11, 2010 after a lengthy retirement from B.C. Hydro Customer Service. Ernesto is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Pasqualina; daughter Dina; grandchildren Frank and Julianne (Domenic); great grandchildren Sebastian, Cristian and Natalia and sisters Elisa and Italia. Ernesto was predeceased by his son-in-law Americo, mother, father and sisters. Prayers will be offered at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 14 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 525 Slocan Street, Vancouver. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 15, 2010 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Entombment to follow at the South Mausoleum, Ocean View Burial Park.
