Maria (Mary) Pilorusso

Born February 15, 1916 in Bagnoli del Trigno, Italy passed away November 28, 2009 at the Villa Carital, Vancouver. Maria was predeceased by her loving husband of 71 years Giovanni, son Felix, and her brothers Pasquale, Domenico, Giovanni, and Santino. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Filomena, son-in-law Paul, grandson Jonathan and her sisters Giuseppina and Antonietta, along with many nieces and nephews. A special thank you and appreciation to the staff and volunteers at Villa Carital for their loving care and kindness during the last nine years. Visitation, Thursday December 3, 2009 from 2-3:30 p.m. at the Bell Burnaby Funeral Chapel 4276 Hastings St., Burnaby. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, December 4, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church 2025 Napier St., Vancouver. Entombment the Abbey Mausoleum, Ocean View Burial Park, Burnaby. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice can be made if desired.
