Elena Bordignon

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at the age of 89 years.   She is predeceased by her husband Isidoro and grandson David.  Lovingly remembered by her family, children: Teresa (Gianni), John (Roberta), Anna (Sante), Joe, Rita (Mike); grandchildren: Maria, Robert (Lucia), Paola, Steven (Anita), Angela, Paul (Jen), Marco, Michael, Laura, Nicholas and Annabella; great grandchildren: Luca, Liam, Francesca and Sebastian; 2 brothers and 2 sisters in Italy, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.   Prayers will be offered Monday, May 11, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. from Sacred Heart Church 525 Campbell Avenue, Vancouver, BC where Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Ocean View Burial Park, Burnaby, BC.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the the Arthritis Society or a charity of one’s choice.
