May 17, 1914 – February 15, 2009 Stipo was born in Caprazlije, Bosnia and passed away peacefully at Burnaby Hospital. Survived by his loving, wife, Matija, son: Josip-Dugi (Ina), daughter: Ivanka (Martin), grandchildren: Josip (Mary), Tony (Lidiya) and Joseph (Christina),and numerous relatives and friends in Canada and Croatia. Funeral Mass at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2009 at Immaculate Heart of Mary (Croatian Church), 3105 East 1st Ave., Vancouver, B.C. In lieu of flowers donations to the Burnaby Hospital Foundation would be appreciated. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.bellburnaby.com.

    I am sorry if I upset you, but I need to get in contact with family Hrgovic, especially with Ina Hrgovic. I am from Croatia and Ina Hrgovic helped my family with a plenty of toys and other things during the war here in Croatia 1991 – 1994. Today I found her adress but I do not know anything about her. Could you, please, send on my mail her adress or phone number or her mail adress? I do not know if she is alive, but truly I hope she is.
