Passed away on February 17, 2009 at the age of 54 years. He is survived by his loving brother Giovanni (Maria); niece, Anna (Richard) and Matteo; nephew, Amedeo (Tara); extended family and friends in Vancouver, Italy and Germany. Prayers will be offered Sunday, February 22, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church 555 S. Slocan Street, Vancouver, where the Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 23 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment at the South Mausoleum, Ocean View Burial Park, Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.bellburnaby.com

    Mario was a great freind,and a wonderful human being. even though we haven’t gotten together for a few years, [and i deeply regret that,] he will be missed dearly. He will always be my brother. With deep regards Michael Campbell.
