Angelo “Nini” Zuccolin May 21, 1922 – June 28, 2008 Our beloved husband, father and Nonno passed away suddenly but peacefully surrounded by his loved ones. After years of struggling with lung disease he did finally succumb to pneumonia. Predeceased by his son Luciano in 1988. Lovingly remembered by his wife of 55 years Piera; daughter Lia and son-in-law Joe; his precious grandchildren Daniela, John and Anthony; sister Caterina in Italy; nephews Al (Maureen), Ernie (Beryl), and many other family members in Canada, Switzerland and in Italy. Nini was high energy, artistic, intelligent with a sharp wit and always ready to laugh. He could usually be found tending to his vegetable and flower garden, fiddling around in his workshop, keeping up with “the latest neighbourhood news” and was a grandpa to all the neighbourhood kids. He loved the outdoors, especially his years as an Ironworker working throughout B.C., the Yukon and Alaska. He was proud of being Nonno to his 3 grandchildren whom he totally spoiled and together with them broke all rules.
